2006 Home Maintenance Training and Repair Program Graduation

On December 29, 2006, the NYC Housing Partnership Development Corporation, one of the nation’s largest producers of affordable housing, completed the training of 20 local low and moderate-income homeowners in Rockaway's new eight week training program.

Offered as an integral component of Margert Community Corporation's post-purchase educational services, the program is funded by donations from Benjamin Beechwood LLC, the Briarwood Organization, The Hudson Companies, Roslyn Savings Bank, Ridgewood Savings Bank and HIP Health Plan of New York.
