The Housing Partnership
Development Corporation, one of the nation’s largest producers of
affordable housing, is sponsoring a free and innovative home
maintenance training and repair program for low and moderate income
homeowners in southeast Queens. Offered in partnership with
Margert Community Corporation, the program was developed to assist
first time homebuyers with the after-purchase maintenance of their
home investment.
Our home maintenance training and repair workshops are usually
held on consecutive Wednesday evenings, between the hours of 6:30 pm
and 8:30 pm.
